QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
WILL YOU NEED A KEY?
If you are not home at the time your pets need to be walked, some access to the home is necessary of course. Leaving a key hidden, providing us with a key, or having the code to your door are all acceptable options. We will not enter your home except to leash and unleash your pets, unless otherwise requested (to refill water bowls for example).
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
We can walk up to two dogs at a time.
I HAVE 2 DOGS, CAN YOU WALK THEM BOTH FOR ME?
Absolutely. There is an additional 3$ surcharge for the 35 minute walk and 5 $ surcharge for the 50 minute walk.
WILL YOU WALK OTHER PEOPLE'S DOGS AT THE SAME TIME AS MINE?
No. Your pet gets maximum attention by being the only dog in our care at one time.
IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER CLIENT BEFORE US AND IT TAKES LONGER THAN EXPECTED, WILL OUR DOG GET LESS TIME OUTSIDE TO BALANCE THE SCHEDULE?
Good question. Most dog walkers will just walk until the time they were supposed to finish, regardless of if they showed up several minutes late. This can lead to your dog getting less time outside then you thought they would. I, alternatively, guarantee that your dog will always get the amount of time you paid for as I only accept bookings that ensure a reasonable amount of time between clients.
WILL YOU TAKE THE ROUTE I USUALLY DO?
Not only we will follow your normal route (making small adjustments to account for time), but we can also provide photos mid walk to help ensure your peace of mind!
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH LARGER BREEDS?
Absolutely! Many of my clients worry about their dogs being to strong to leave with someone else. In addition to building a fantastic working relationship with your pet to ensure an easier time, I am also very comfortable handling larger breeds and have never lost control of a pet. No matter the size, your pet will be in safe hands.
